How to Apply Fridge Stickers

Please read these introduction steps below carefully before fitting.

Inspect decals straight away when recieved to ensure no damage from delivery. Store decals at room tempurature, away fromm sunlight and heaters / radiators.

Make sure you have a nice cup of tea, read the below instructions carefully and do not rush!

Installtion bits needed

Squeegee (a credit card or microfibre cloth will do!)

Masking tape.

Clean spray bottle slightly filled with fresh water and a tiny dash of washing liquid.

Paper towels (or microfibre cloth).

Pair of scissors.

Preparation

Remove all dirt, grease and/or wax from the surface before you install your vinyl decal.

STEP 2.

Offer up the decal so that is perfectly postioned.

Run a line of masking tape horzontally across the center of the decal, making sure you stick the tape around the side of the fridge or adjacent surface to ensure enough grab.

Peel back decal form backing paper and hang down.

ut the backing paper off - cutting 1cm away from the masking tape line.

STEP 3.

With the spray solution, very lightly spray a mist onto the top half of the fridge surface where the decal will be laid down - don't over do it - it just needs a little.

**Important. Only spray this when the backing paper is removed - this avoids a messy job and backing paper will degrade potentially putting frgaments of paper onto the prepped surface.

Step 4

Using an old bank card or a cloth (or both) steadily wipe up vertically in the center at first and then fanning out to the edges.

(Always starting from the masking tape line upwards at first).

As you do this the water behind will push out - use the tissue to clean up. This process ensures no bubbles will be present.

Step 5

Remove the masking tape

Remove the backing paper, fold up the decal toward the top of the fridge and hold.

Repeat the spray and wipe process from above.

Once fitted continue to push any further residual water out ensuring you get right into the edges.

Once happy, leave decal undisturbed overnight
